Recently, Union Tribal Welfare Minister Jual Oram was missing from the compartment in which he was travelling to Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh during an official tour. It is said that he was found at another station after 4-5 hrs. He was found without his PSO. Now the question is how the union cabinet minister deboarded the train without the knowledge of his PSO?
